Declutter Your Garage Now - Before the Heat Kicks In!

Spring is right around the corner, and you know what that means—warmer days are coming! If your garage has turned into a cluttered catch-all, now is the perfect time to tackle it before the heat makes it unbearable. 🔥

Here are 5 steps to help you tackle that garage clutter:

1. Empty It Out - Take everything out so you can see what you are working with.
2. Declutter - As you are removing items from the space, sort items which will not remain in the garage into the following categories: donate, trash, rehome.
3. Sort Remaining Items Into Categories - Example: lawn&garden; automotive; woodworking; sports equipment
4. Maximize Vertical Space: Use shelves, wall hooks, peg boards, etc.
5. Contain & Label: Contain like items together using bins appropriate to the size of the category. Label each bin for easy access.
